1. Who processes your data

2. What data I process, why, and on what legal basis

That is all: an email address and, if you want, a name. Nothing else.
This site does not sell anything. The course is sold by Udemy on its own platform, under its own terms and its own privacy policy — I never see your payment details or your Udemy account data beyond aggregate, anonymised enrolment statistics.
I process no special categories of data, make no automated decisions that significantly affect you, and build no profiles for advertising purposes.
3. Who else has access

mail.domenicodisiena.com— the newsletter manager where your email address lives. The server is mine and sits in the European Union: there is no intermediary company reading the list. - Hostinger International Ltd. (EU) — hosting for the site and the mail server.
I do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Ever.
4. International transfers
None. Both the site and the mail server are hosted in the European Union: your email address does not leave the European Economic Area.
That is part of why I run the newsletter on my own Listmonk instance rather than a commercial platform. No international transfer to justify, and no third party accumulating behavioural data on who opens what.
5. How long I keep it
Until you unsubscribe. Unsubscribing is immediate, the link is at the bottom of every email, and you do not have to justify it or write to me to ask for it.
6. Cookies and measurement
This site sets no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics and there are no social media pixels. Nothing here follows you around.
If I ever add a measurement tool, it will be listed here before it goes live, behind a real consent banner — not one of those that only has an accept button.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, data portability and withdrawal of consent at any time. Write to hola@disenocivico.com from the address you want to ask about, or from another one while proving your identity.
I will reply within one month at the latest. Exercising these rights is free of charge.
If you believe I have handled your request badly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es), which is my lead supervisory authority, or with the data protection authority of your country of residence. I would appreciate hearing from you first.
8. Changes to this policy
If anything substantial changes, I will update the date at the top and, where it affects the newsletter, tell you by email. I will not make retroactive changes that reduce your rights without asking for your consent again.
